The iPass annual Mobile Enterprise Survey offers insight into usage and cost trends, connectivity issues for mobile employees, security concerns, and more, such as:
- 68 percent of IT managers believe their mobility costs will go up over the next 12 months.
- The majority believe they need to update polices regarding employee connectivity; and 65 percent believe they need to update security policies.
- 81 percent of enterprises support the use of tablets by executives and 57 percent for sales representatives.
